FoodTech patents are my dream come true

FoodTech patents are my dream come true. Many years ago, after completing studies in Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Engineering, Technion, I worked on developing new snacks and innovative dairy products in the food industry; Later, after completing law school, as an IP lawyer, I worked on patents in many areas of the life sciences.

The opportunity to combine my fondness for food innovation with the extensive patent experience has recently arrived, with the expansion of the FoodTech scene; more and more food companies are dealing with patent issues, and for me, it’s a celebration!
